QPAD SWINGS INTO 2008 WITH ITS DESIGN-DRIVEN FASHION COLLECTION

QPAD extends its innovative design beyond mouse pads by launching a line of fashion clothing known as the “Q” collection for both men and women. The clothing line will be introduced in January 2008.

With its new line of clothing, QPAD zeroes in on a clean-lined collection that is not only aimed at the gaming scene. Crucial to QPAD is its commitment to quality, design and affordability, which is reflected in its new clothing collection. The new lifestyle segment will be marketed under the label Q of Sweden.

“QPAD is a brand that represents a certain lifestyle, not just gaming products. At QPAD we are a family and we also see our customers as a part of that. This collection allows us to give the audience that loves what QPAD stands for, and identifies with our view on life, to show this not only when gaming” says marketing manager Johan Grape.





To dramatize the brand and reflect its personality and values, the famous gamer Fredrik “JAEGARN” Andersson will represent the “Q” collection as part of a new co-operation.

-'It's a joy to be able to work with QPAD in this way. I have always used and admired QPAD´s products so the offer felt natural at just the right time. The collection will be a 'fresh vitamin injection,' in comparision to the classic “Frag me” printed T-shirts”, states Fredrik Andersson.

The collection, which has a clean graphic look, features T-shirt, tops, sweaters and jackets for women. For men there will be classic T-shirts, polos, sweaters, jackets and sweatpants. There will be some items for children as well. All of these come with accessories to match.

QPAD´s' color palette is mostly focused on its signature black with white details. In future more colors like soft sandy neutrals to midnight navy and tobacco brown will be available. Also, clever textural finishes (washed, and tightly woven surfaces as well as prints and embroidery) will add to QPAD´s individualist style.

“Q” collection compliments the QPAD brand and its emphasis on intense lifestyle of the gaming environment.
